I release and agree not to sue the New Boston Volleyball Club, New Boston-Huron schools and its trustees and employees for the above student's voluntary participation in this activity. To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan Law, I agree to defend, indemnify and hold NBVBC, Huron schools harmless, as well as the schools trustees and employees from any/all claims, demands, suits or loss, including bodily injury and/or property damage, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the above students participation in this activity. I hereby authorize the staff of the New Boston Volleyball Club to act on my behalf according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention if I cannot be reached.
